Professor Sujit Choudhry of California’s Berkeley School of Law is a well known and respected authority on comparative constitutional law. Over the last two decades the Ukraine government has been failing to thrive, Sujit Choudhry believes this is because of the concentration of power, electoral system, weak political parties, and the separation of power with the president and prime minister. At the center of policy and legal reform and International IDEA, Sujit Choudhry commented that the gathering of experts and leaders to discuss “evidence-based policy options” that support constitutional reform is extremely important for success.
