Sujit Choudhry is the founding director of The Center for Constitutional Transitions. He is an expert in constitutional law which is why he was invited to Kiev, Ukraine in July 2017. Mr. Choudhry and other constitutional scholars led workshop discussions regarding Ukraine’s struggle in its governmental standing since communication was abolished. Mr. Sujit Choudhry is an Indian-American professor, expert, and international leader in constitutional law and politics. He is a Professor Law at the University of California at Berkeley Law School.
