Professor Sujit Choudhry joined highly acknowledged experts in Kiev to talk about the semi-presidential structure of government that is implemented in Ukraine and the challenges it is facing based on the constitution. The meeting was held by an intergovernmental corporation that supports the sustenance of democracy on a worldwide level. It is the greatest think tank in Ukraine, the International IDEA, and also the Center of Legal and Policy Reform.
